【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は変圧器中身をケース内において支持す
る装置の改良に関するもので、その目的とすると
ころは、支持装置の構造を簡素化することによつ
て、変圧器を小形軽量で、しかも、経済的に製作
することにある。

り、変圧器中身4をケース5に支持していた。然
るに、上記の支持方法は、取付腕6を止着するた
めの取付座7が、第1図に示すように、ケース5
の中心に向けてケース5内壁に突設されているの
で、変圧器中身4をケース5に収納する際、変圧
器中身4は上記取付座7と接衝して損傷しないよ
うケース5に納めなければならないので、変圧器
の組立作業は非常に手間がかかり面倒であると共
に、取付座7がケース5内に突設されているた
め、変圧器中身4を取付座7と接衝させないよう
にケース5に納めるには、ケース5自体を必然的
に大きくしなければならず、しかも、ケース5の
大形化に伴い変圧器の製作原価を高くする欠点が
あつた。このため、最近ではケース5の内壁面に
取付座7を設ける代りに、第2図に示すように、
取付腕6と対応するケース5側壁にその外側から
袋ナツト9を貫通挿着し、この袋ナツト9に締付
ボルト8を締着させて取付腕6を袋ナツト9に止
着する方法が採用されている。然るに、この方法
においては、ケース5に透孔10を穿設し、この
透孔10に袋ナツト9の胴部を通して上記袋ナツ
ト9をケース5の外側に溶着しているので、袋ナ
ツト9の胴部がケース5内に突出する度合を小さ
くすることにより、ケース5を前記の場合にくら
べて幾分小さく製作することは可能であるが、反
面、袋ナツト9をケース5に取付けるための溶接
作業を確実に行なわないと、透孔10から絶縁油
が漏出する虞れがあり、又、袋ナツト9自体は高
価である故変圧器の原価を高くし、更に袋ナツト
9取位部からの油漏れ有無を確認するために、ケ
ース5の放熱フイン11を袋ナツト9を覆つて設
けることができないので、変圧器の冷却能力を低
下させる虞れもあつた。
