従来、変圧器中身を支持する装置としては、例

いた。然るに、上記の変圧器中身支持装置におい
ては、ケ−ス6の底板6aに下部クランプ4の切
欠部5と係合する係止片7を、上記底板7の定め
られた位置に正確に突設しないと下部クランプ4
との係合が困難となるため、この係止片7の取付
作業は溶接により行うこととあわせて非常に手間
がかかり面倒であり、しかも、1個づつ容着する
関係上、作業は非能率的であつた。又、変圧器中
身8をケ−ス6内に支持させるときは、中身8を
一旦ケ−ス6上に吊り上げてから、下部クランプ
4の2つの切欠部5が底板6a上の係止片7と旨
く係合するように上記係止片7をケ−ス6上方か
らながめながら変圧器中身8を徐々にケ−ス6内
に降ろして下部クランプ4の切欠部5を係止片7
に係合させて中身8をケ−ス6に支持させてい
た。しかし、この方法では、変圧器中身8を降下
させる際、中身8は吊り下げられた状態で降下す
るため、どうしても横揺しやすく、しかも、変圧
器中身8の底部がケ−ス6内に入つてしまうと、
係止片7をケ−ス6上方から見ることが不可能と
なるので、下部クランプ4の切欠部5と、係止片
7との係合は作業者の勘により行つているため、
変圧器中身8の支持作業を迅速容易に行うことは
困難であつた。

身をケ−ス内に収納して上記下部クランプと、こ
のクランプに取付けた支持棒とによつて変圧器中
身がケ−ス内において移動することなく支持さ
せ、つづいて、取付腕をケ−スに設けた取付座に
固定させて変圧器中身をケ−スに支持固定するよ
うにしたもので、従来のように、下部クランプの
両端に切欠部を設け、ケ−ス底板には係止片を突
設させて、上記切欠部を係止片に係合させること
により変圧器中身をケ−スに支持させるようにし
たものと異なり、本案は下部クランプ自体をケ−
スの長手方向の長さに合せ、ケ−スの長手方向と
直交する方向には、その方向の長さとほぼ同じ長
さ寸法を有する支持棒を、巻鉄心の下部を挾むよ
うにして下部クランプにその長手方向と直交させ
て取付けることにより、変圧器中身は、ケ−スに
収納した際、下部クランプと支持棒とがそれぞれ
対応するケ−ス内壁に受止められることとなるの
で、変圧器中身をケ−ス内の所定位置に支持させ
るために下部クランプに切欠部を切欠いたり、こ
の切欠部と旨く係合するように係止片を底板の定
められた位置に一個づつ溶着したりする必要は全
くないので、変圧器中身支持装置を著しく簡素な
構造とすることができる。しかも、支持装置は、
下部クランプに、ケ−スの長手方向と直交する方
向の寸法とほぼ同じ長さの支持棒を取付けるだけ
でよいので、容易に、且つ、廉価に製作すること
ができる。又、変圧器中身をケ−スに収納する際
も、従来の如く、下部クランプの切欠部をケ−ス
底板の係止片に係合させるべく変圧器中身を慎重
に降下させて半ば手探ぐりの状態で支持させるよ
うなことは全くなく、下部クランプと支持棒はと
もにケ−スの寸法に合せて設けられているので、
変圧器中身は下部クランプと支持棒とをケ−スの
開口端に合せるだけであとはそのままケ−ス内に
垂直に降下させることによりケ−ス内に容易にし
かも確実に収納でき、しかも、左右および前後に
移動することなく支持することができるので、変
圧器中身のケ−スへの組込み作業を迅速容易に行
い得、巻鉄心変圧器の生産効率を著しく向上させ
ることが可能となる。更に、下部クランプは、締
付バンドの取付けに際し、従来のように、締付バ
ンドが通り抜けする孔部を、締付バンドを巻鉄心
の下側面で受止める舌片を特別に設けることな
く、支持棒間にまたがつて掛け渡すだけでよいの
で、下部クランプ自体の構造も簡素化することが
できると共に、この支持棒により変圧器中身のケ
−スへの支持も廉備させ得、更に締付バンドも支
持棒が丸味を帯びて製せられているので、巻締時
に切断されるというようなことがない等幾多の優
れた効果を有するものである。
