を保存するポータブル形食品保存器において、前
記断熱容器１の任意部位に蓄熱ユニツト２を設け
、この蓄熱ユニツト２内に６５〜８０℃の凝固点
を有するパラフインろうやマイクロクリスタリン
ワツクスからなる潜熱形の蓄熱材料２ａを密封し
たことを特徴とするポータブル形食品保存器。
