Claims (1)
- 誘電体基板上にマイクロストリツプ線路を含む
高周波回路を形成した高周波回路装置において、
前記誘電体基板上に、前記高周波回路に電源を供
給するためのストリツプ導体であつて、扱う高周
波信号の１／４波長の長さの開放スタブを成す部
分およびその入力端に当該開放スタブを成す部分
の幅よりも狭くかつ短いラインを介してつながる
ランド部を有するものを設け、当該ランド部に、
誘電体基板を貫通させて電源端子を接続している
ことを特徴とする高周波回路装置。
