Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate tape rewinding operation by furnishing a rotary ring alongside the periphery of a tape takeup reel, inserting tape from the side of the reel and fixing to the inside of the rotary ring, and by rotating the ring to wind the tape on the reel. CONSTITUTION:A rotary ring 11 is formed cylindrically so as to enclose a reel 4 and rotated by a motor 15 relative to the shaft 6a of a motor 6 through a bearing 13. The shaft 6a is fixed by a stopper for the reel 4 not to be rotated, and then a tape 2 is fed from a tape feeding device through a guide rail 17 via an opening at the side of the reel 4 to be fixed to the bore of the rotary ring 11. The rotary ring 11 rotates synchronous with the feed-in speed. Thus the tape 2 is wound from the outside of the reel 4 toward the core 4a, so that tape rewinding operation is no more necessary.
