Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate extension and disconnection of a filament material, by providing such control means that in accordance with a change of tensile force generated by feed of the filament material wound to a bobbin, rotary speed of feed means of the filament material is automatically changed.
CONSTITUTION: There are provided control means comprising ligaments 11, consisting of resilient material protruded from a rotor 10 to automatically change rotary speed of feed means of a filament material 12 in accordance with a change of tensile force generated by a feed of the filament material 12 wound to a bobbin 6, and a folded part 26 of an arm 27 adapted to the ligament 11. When winding thickness of the filament material 12 becomes thinner, rotary speed around the bobbin 6 of a guide chip 18 increases, also braking force of the folded part 26 for rotation of the ligament 11 increases. However, an increase of tensile force in accordance with the increase of the braking force decreases the distance between a guide pulley 20 and moving pulley 24, and a position for the folded part 26 to be adapted to the ligament 11 is moved toward the direction of a point end of the ligament 11, then the braking force is reduced. Accordingly the guide chip 18 is rotated faster to correct feed speed to constant.
