動可能とされており、車体のフエンダー等に設け
られて、前記タイヤのトレツドに近接する電磁石
により、前記スパイク先端部を吸引突出させると
共に、前記永久磁石を該スパイク基端部とケース
底面との間に移動介入させ、前記電磁石の磁極を
切替えることにより前記永久磁石を反発させて前
記スパイク基端部下位置より側方に移動させると
共に該スパイクを没入させることを特徴とする電
