ツク穴に係止されて反挿入方向への車載用機器の
取外しを阻止するように構成されたものと、 非通電状態ではロツク体の上記突出及び没入の
何れもが許容され、通電状態では上記没入動作を
強制的に行うようにロツク体を動作する電気的ア
クチユエータと、電気的アクチユエータへの通電
を行うスイツチとを有していることを特徴とする
