Claims (1)
- 補助プラグ法による熱成形用金型であつて、キ
ヤビテイ外周上端から上方に向つて、５°＜θ＜
４０°の角度をもつて延びるキヤビテイ上縁部と
、プラグの下降に先立つて該キヤビテイ上縁部に
当接してプラスチツクシートを挾持するクランプ
を、キヤビテイ外周上端からクランプ内周面まで
の距離ｌが５mm＜ｌ２０mmとなるように設けたこ
とを特徴とする二重巻締め可能なフランジを有す
るプラスチツク成形用金型。
