Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 円筒状の血液流通空間内に、該血液流通空
間とは液密に区画された内部空間を有する多数の
熱交換用管体が該血液流通空間の長手方向に沿つ
て配置されてなり、該熱交換用管体の管壁を介し
て血液流通空間を流通する血液と熱交換用管体の
内部空間を流通する熱交換媒体との熱交換を行な
う区療用熱交換器において、前記血液流通空間内
に血液を導入する血液導入管および前記血液流通
空間内から血液を導出する血液導出管が、血液流
通空間の長手方向に垂直でかつ血液流通空間の周
面に接する直線にほぼ沿つて外部よりそれぞれ延
長されて血液流通空間に連通されていることを特
徴とする医療用熱交換器。 (2) 両端の閉塞された円筒状のハウジング内に
、多数の熱交換用管体をハウジングの長手方向に
沿つて相互に離間配置し、この複数の熱交換用管
体の両端部に設けた隔壁によりそれぞれの熱交換
用管体の開口を閉塞することなく該熱交換用管体
をハウジング側壁に液密に保持すると共にハウジ
ング内部を3つの空間に区画してなり、この両隔
壁とハウジング側壁と熱交換用管体外壁とでハウ
ジング中央部位に形成される血液流通空間に、ハ
ウジングの長手方向に垂直でかつハウジングの周
面に接する直線にほぼ沿つて外部より延長された
血液導入管および血液導出管をそれぞれ連通させ
、また前記血液流通空間と液密に区画され熱交換
用管体の内部空間に連通するハウジング端部位に
形成される2つの熱交換媒体流通空間の一方に熱
交換媒体流入管を他方に熱交換媒体流出管をそれ
ぞれ連通してなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項
に記載の医療用熱交換器。 (3) 血液導入管が一方の隔壁の近傍より血液流
通空間に連通し、また血液導出管が他方の隔壁の
近傍より血液流通空間に連通するものである実用
新案登録請求の範囲第2項に記載の医療用熱交換
器。 (4) 血液導入管と血液導出管とは、血液流通空
間の周面において約180°回転させた位置関係
にあることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第1項〜第3項のいずれかに記載の医療用熱交換
器。
