もに、吐き出し口12或は吸入口13の近傍にフ
ラツパ弁4を通気路に対して通気断面積を略最小
とする略直角位置から通気断面積が大きくなるよ
う回動可能に枢支して送風フアン1の送風量の増
減に応じてフラツパ弁4が回動させられて通路断
面積を自動的に大小変化させることを特徴とする
