Abstract

PURPOSE: To make it possible to easily and surely produce an aeolotropic conduction film in normal condition without applying any pressure by composing it of consecutive insulating thin film and conductive macromolecule existing in the insulating thin film in banded structure.
CONSTITUTION: An aeolotropic conductive film 1 is composed of consecutive insulating thin film 3 and conductive macromolecules 4 existing in the insulating thin film 3 in banded structure. As for the insulating thin film layer composing consecutive part of this kind of the aeolotropic conductive film, anything is available if it is an insulating film, but a macromolecule film is preferably used. Concretely, polyolefine such as polyester, polymetyl metacrylate, etc. or polyhalogenide vinyl such as polyvinyl chloride are available. Accordingly, a film having aeolotropic conductivity in normal condition is obtained without applying pressure, that is, a new aeolotropic conductive film 1 having conductivity in vertical direction to the film surface and having substantially insulating property in horizontal direction thereto.
