Abstract
PURPOSE:To grasp the respective process quantity of necessary parts in accordance with the process changing ratio of a plant and to speedily and securely execute the clearing-up of the causes of plant abnormality generation by providing an operation control device between the analog input device of an abnormal phenomenon recording device and a storage. CONSTITUTION:Respective types process quantity from plural detectors 11 (1-N) of the abnormal phenomenon recording device is scanned per prescribed scanning period by an analog input device 12 and the process quantity of a prescribed time from the present to the past is recorded through an operation control device 13 to a recorder 14. When any one of plant abnormality instructing contacts 15 (1-K) is operated, the condition is read to a digital input device 16 and transmitted to the control device 13 as a trigger signal to show the plant abnormality generation.
