Abstract
PURPOSE:To surely send respective documents by printing each sending document in each business form, loading the form to each individual station on an on-line inserter and collating and collecting the forms of the same addressee based on an OMR mark assigned to each individual form. CONSTITUTION:A main station 21 and substations 22-26 are arranged on the upper part of the on-line inserter 20. A continuous business form on which main marks are printed out is loaded to the main station 21. On the other hand, enclosed items printed out on the continuous document are loaded to the substation 22, and when inserter gripper arms fitted to the substations 23-26 hold and take out each form, the mark on the printing face is read out by a sensor and whether or not the read mark coincides with the mark of the form read out by a sensor of the main station 21 is checked. Consequently, the business forms of the same addressee can be highly accurately collated and collected.
