CONSTITUTION:When goods (books B) are sent in the trailing edge portion of a transport path 40a comprising a plurality of conveyer portions 39 in each transport apparatus, the kind of books is detected by detecting means, and a cylinder 36 is controlled by detecting means, so that an assigned conveyer portion 39 is raised and the books are taken out onto an assigned stack stand 41. The books are arranged longitudinally by inclining the above stack stand. The predetermined number of books are piled up and transferred onto a support stand 48 of a collecting conveyer 46 by advance of a lowering pusher 44 of the stack stand 41 to be laterally aligned. The books are transferred onto a conveyer 51 by a pusher 49 and bound by a binder 52 to be transferred onto a carry-out conveyer 53.
