When the sheet part 57 is opened, a stream is generated in an orifice 48, and also a relief poppet 45 shifts together with a control piston 46, and a sheet part 51 is opened, and an inflow port (i) communicates with an effluence port 38. When the pressure on the inflow port (i) side becomes a negative pressure, the pressure on the effluence port 38 side acts onto the inclined part 52 of the relief poppet 45, and the sheet part 51 is opened, and the fluid on the effluence port side is supplied into the inflow port (i) side. Therefore, the inflow/effluence port of a metering valve is connected in series or parallel to the inflow/effluence port of other metering valves, and an AND circuit and OR circuit can be constituted.
