Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the dimensional stability caused by an environmental change and a processing, by enclosing and wrapping the titled material composed of a copolymer contg. vinylidene chloride so as to be a prescribed temp. within a packing bag. CONSTITUTION:The titled material is composed of the copolymer contg. 70-99.5wt.% vinylidene chloride, and comprises a hydrophilic colloidal layer contg. a polymer latex formed on at least one side of a polyester supporting body which is coated with a polymer layer having >=0.3mum thickness on the both surfaces of said body. And, the titled material is enclosed and wrapped in the wrapping bag so as to be a temp. of 18-30 deg.C and a relative humidity of 40-55%. And, the method for coating the polyester supporting body with the vinylidene chloride copolymer lies in applying said body with a solution which dissolves a polymer in a suitable org. solvent.
