ことにより把持するワークの把持装置において、
先端側が先細状のコーン面に形成されたコーン部
材と、該コーン部材の先端側に相対的に移動可能
に設けられ、先端側外面が所定幅の円筒面に形成
され、後端側内面に上記コーン面と係合する内テ
ーパ面が形成され、後端側外面に上記内テーパ面
よりも急角度の外テーパ面が形成され、かつ軸方
向にスリツトが複数本形成されたコレツト部材と
、上記コーン部材及びコレツト部材を装着案内し
、かつ上記コレツト部材の外テーパ面と係合する
するテーパ面が形成された穴部を有する保持部材
と、該保持部材に固定され、かつ上記保持部材の
穴部と同心に形成された穴部を有する基準金とを
備え、前進時に上記コレツト部材の先端側が基準
金の基準面から突出するように上記コーン部材及
びコレツト部材が進退可能に保持部材に設けられ
