Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve workability and quality, by a method wherein the title bottle is constituted of a synthetic resin bottle, which is molded through biaxial orientation and possesses a recessed part on the side part, and a handle comprised of a fitting part surrounding a handle holding part formed in the recessed part and a handle part and the handle is molded integrally with a bottle body through injection molding and provided. CONSTITUTION:A material 1 is melted through heating by an extruding machine 2 and a preform 4 is molded within a mold 3. Then the preform 4 is softened by a heater (h) through heating, oriented within a blow molding mold, air is blown into the oriented preform and a bottle body 6 possessing a recessed part 7 on the side and handle holding parts 7a, 7b on the top and bottom of the recessed part 7 is molded. A injection mold 10 is mounted on the outside of the bottle body 6, molten resin is injected within a flow paths 13, 14, 15 by selecting an appropriate position of a resin flow path 13 forming a handle part 8a and the handle 8 is molded integrally with the bottle body 6. With this construction, care in relation to an arrangemental relation of an irregularly- shaped handle within a mold becomes unnecessary and speeding up and automation become possible.
