Abstract
PURPOSE:To separately remove water and oil from the titled raw material and to enable efficient dehydration of the raw material, by introducing a raw material and oil into a base part of a barrel, evaporating water from the material with heat and pressing the material to separate the oil. CONSTITUTION:A barrel 2 is heated by electrifying an electric heater 13. A raw material G such as animals, fishes or shellfishes crushed with a crusher 7 is introduced through a hopper feeder 6 and a feeding port 2a into the base part of the barrel 2 and, at the same time, an oil A is supplied to the barrel through a feeding port 2b. The raw material G and the oil A are transferred to the heating and evaporating part 1b under mixing with a screw 3 and mixed and heated to evaporate water from the raw material G. The evaporated water is sucked out of the barrel through a condenser 8 with a vacuum pump 10. The mixture of the raw material G and the oil A is sent to a compression part 1c and the raw material G is pressed to separate the oil A. The separated oil A is passed through a filter 5, stored in an oil tank 10 and circulated to the feeding port 2b via a pump 11 and an oil regeneration and cleaning apparatus 12. The deoiled raw material G is extruded through a die 4, cut with a cutter 14 and received in a box 15.
