Abstract

PURPOSE:To carry out opening and closing operation of net at inexpensive cost smoothly and in a short time with slight damage of net, by collecting and extending a net for shelves for orchard plurally divided in the opening and closing direction in such a way that before the whole net is collected or extended by specific wire materials such as collecting and extending wire ropes, each section is dividedly collected and extended. CONSTITUTION:A ceiling net 1 which has both left and right sides supported on guide rails 2 laid in parallel in the opening and closing direction of the net and placed at a higher position in order to cover the whole shelves for orchard is divided in the opening and closing direction into three sections of a root section part 1a, a middle section part 1b and a tip section part 1c. Collecting wire materials 3a-3c such as wire ropes are attached to both left and right tips of each section and the other ends are fixed to a winding drum 4a-4c for collecting the net. On the other hand, similarly extending wire materials 5a-5c are attached to both the left and right tips of each section and the other ends are fixed to winding drums 6a-6c for extending the net. When the extended net 1 is stored, the drums 6a-6c are made free, the drums 4a-4c are rotated, the nets 1a-1c of each section are divided by the wire materials 3a-3c, pulled nearer and finally the nets 1a-1c of each section are stored 1 in the root part (drum 4 side) at the same time.
