[産業上の利用分野]
本考案は、住宅等の建造物に建付けるバルコニ
ーの建物側への支持調整装置に関するものであ

るいは配水管等の邪魔物があつたりして支柱を立
設することができない現場もあり、そこでこの様

した支持ブラケツト1を用いて支柱を建物側に支
持するようにしていた。しかるにこのものでは建
物側の外壁に凹凸があつたりして支持ブラケツト
1が前後左右方向、さらには上下方向に正確に取
付けられないことがしばしば有り、この様な場合
にはバルコニー自体の正確な建付けができない惧
れもあつて建付け性が著しく劣る許りでなく、仕
上りおよび実用上の面でも数多くの問題を有する

されたものであつて、バルコニー本体の支柱を建
物側に固着される支持ブラケツトを介して支持す
るに、前記支柱には、支柱に下側から上下移動自
在に挿入し、縦方向の長孔により上下位置を調整
してボルトによる締め付け固定ができる上下調整
金具を設ける一方、該上下調整金具の下端部と上
記支持ブラケツトの先端とにそれぞれ設けた水平
フランジには、締め付け固定用のボルトが挿入さ
れ、かつ前後および左右方向の位置調整を行うた
めの長孔をそれぞれ穿設して構成されていること

[実施例]
次に、本考案の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明
する。図面において、バルコニー本体2は、一側

れ、他側を本考案が実施された支持ブラケツト5
によつて建物側に支持されるものである。前記支
持ブラケツト5の建物側は、建物側の柱3に建物
仕上げ面4が施された部所に、ボルト7またはコ
ーチボルト8等の固着部材を取付け孔7′,8′に
挿入し、スパナ等の工具を用いて固着されるもの
であるが、外側は上下調整金具6を介してバルコ
ニー本体2を支持している。つまりこの上下調整
金具6には、バルコニー側のコーナー支柱10に
下側から挿入し、ボルト11によつて固定される
挿入部9が形成されているが、この挿入部9は横
断面コ字形を成し、側面に縦方向の長孔12が設
けられている。さらに挿入部9の下部両側には水
平フランジ13が設けられているが、この水平フ
ランジ13にはボルト18の挿入用の長孔14が

ケツトの基部を切欠き、ボルト締付け作業が終了
したならばこの切欠きを別途用意した補強兼用の
閉塞板で閉じるようにしても良い。また支持ブラ
ケツト5の先端には水平フランジ16が設けられ
ているが、該水平フランジ16にはボルト18の

度の高い取付け支持が容易にできることになる。
従つてバルコニーの建付け性が著しく向上する許
りでなく、仕上りおよび実用上の面でも何ら問題
となることのない高精度のバルコニー建付けを迅

何ら問題となることのない高精度のバルコニー建
