位置決めする位置決用突起１７を前記ケーシング
の外側に切除自在に形成し、前記位置決用突起１
７を前記ドアレバーに係合させた状態で、ドアを
一定圧で押えシール力を一定にし、ビス締付後、
前記カム溝２０と前記ドアリンクのピンとを係合
させて前記ドアリンクを前記ケーシングの外側に
装着し、前記位置決用突起１７により前記ドアレ
バー９の位置決を図つて前記ドアレバーと前記ド
アリンクとを組付けた後に前記位置決用突起を切
