PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of the time of a timer and reduce the power consumption of a battery by installing a timer part holding the ON condition of a relay contact and an igniter operated by the ON condition of the relay contact. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 2 is turned ON (No side), charging current flowing from a power source 1 to a condenser 10 flows in the coil part 4a of a relay 4 to turn ON a contact part 4b. When the part 4b is ON, a timer part 9 is operated and current flows from a transistor Tr to the part 4b of the relay 4 to hold the contact 4b. When the operation time of a timer comes to an end, the transistor Tr is OFF and current does not flow in the part 4a of the relay 4 and the contact part 4b is OFF. During the operation time of the timer the current flows through the coil 6b of a solenoid valve 6 to open the valve 6 and operate an igniter 5. Except during the operation time of the timer, the current from the source 1 is not therefore consumed and the power consumption of a battery can be reduced.
