孔により連通し且つ光が窓板を通して通過する貫
通孔を備えたフローセルに於て窓板を曲面状に形
成し貫通孔に密接させたことを特徴とするフロー
セル。 2 連通孔と貫通孔とは夫々の外端に於て連通し
たことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求範囲1のフ
