Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent wear, seizure or the like of a hydraulic clutch by disengaging the hydraulic clutch of a front wheel transmission system and thereby setting a 4 wheel drive type working vehicle in the 2 rear wheel driving state when a hydraulic working device is detected to be overloaded. CONSTITUTION:The hydraulic operating fluid from a pump 22 is supplied to the control valves 26 and 27 for the hydraulic cylinders 9 and 20 of a hydraulic working device 8 respectively through an oil supply path 25. The drainage path 29 from the control valve 27 is connected to the control valve 24 for the hydraulic clutches 18 and 19 of a front wheel speed reduction gear 10... In such constitution an oil supply path 25 is provided with the first relief valve 28 as an overload detecting device. Up stream of the control valve 24 the third relief valve 31 as an unloading device is arranged and connected to the first relief valve through a pilot oil path 37. When the working device 8 is overloaded, the relief valves 28 and 31 are opened to disengage the hydraulic clutches 18 and 19, respectively.
