The first drainage path 29 from the control valve 27 is connected to the control valve 24 for the hydraulic clutches 18 and 19 of a front wheel speed reduction gear 10 ... In such constitution the second drainage path 31 from the first relief valve 28 supporting the circuit pressure of the working device 8 arranged in the line of an oil supply path 25 is connected to the first drainage path 29 through a check valve 32. When the working device 8 is overloaded and the first relief valve 28 is opened resulting in the stop of the working device 8, the drainage from the first relief valve 28 is supplied to each of the hydraulic clutches 18 and 19 through the second drainage path 31.
