の一方の平面に対向するスラスト軸受面と前記軸
体の外周面に対向するラジアル軸受面を有し前記
軸体が遊嵌される軸受部材とを備える動圧軸受に
おいて、前記軸体の外周面と前記軸受部材のラジ
アル軸受面との間に気体を巻き込んで圧力を発生
させ該外周面と該ラジアル軸受面を非接触状態に
する動圧発生用の溝を前記軸体の外周面に設け、
前記スラスト部材の一方の平面と前記軸受部材の
スラスト軸受面に気体を巻き込んで圧力を発生さ
せ該スラスト部材を該スラスト軸受面から浮上さ
せる動圧発生用の溝を前記軸受部材のスラスト軸
