Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of cracks due to slip operational force, by setting a pouring path for rubber pouring a rubber raw material in a molding space for a rubber ring from the inner circumferential side of the rubber ring along the radial direction. CONSTITUTION:Between upper and lower mold parts in the inner circumference of an annular mold 9 which is separable the upper and lower mold parts a pouring path 11 for rubber is provided which communicate a molding space 9a for a rubber ring in a mold 9 and a rubber storing space 10 in a loop of the mold 9 over the whole length of the circumferential direction of the rubber ring and being situated along the radial direction of the rubber ring 9. A rubber raw material 13 is poured in the molding space 9a for the rubber ring from the inner circumferential side of the rubber ring 6 along the radial direction by the guiding action of the pouring path 11 for rubber. In such a condition that the rubber raw material 13 is filled in the molding space 9a for the rubber ring, vulcanization of the rubber raw material 13 is carried out to obtain the rubber ring 6 where the flow direction of the rubber on the outer circumferential part in contact with a driven disc 1 on the driving side is in the radial direction of the rubber ring 6.
