A plurality of circular grooves corresponding to the projected stripes are formed on a molded item obtained. In this case, to reduce sufficiently the skin layer, the depth (a) of this groove and the thickness (d) of the molded item satisfy a relation represented by a formula: d/1000<=a<=d/10 and the width (b) of the groove and the depth (a) satisfy a relation represented by a formula: a/10<=b<=5a. Moreover, it is preferable that the pitch (p) of the groove and the width (b) satisfy a relation represented by formula: b<p<=100 b.
