Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent fluctuation in wind velocity by changing over simultaneously an in/out valve for desorption of an element tank which is at a last stage of desorption and in/out valve for desorption of an element tank in which adsorption is completed and furthermore by changing over an in/out valve for adsorption of an element tank which is at a last stage of adsorption at the same time with other valves for adsorption. CONSTITUTION:At the time t0-t1 in an element tank F which is at a last state of desorption, a damper for desorption is changed over from full open to complete close and at the same time in an element tank A in which adsorption has been completed a damper for desorption is changed over from complete close to full open, and thereafter at the time t1-t2, a damper for adsorption of the tank F is changed over from complete close to full open, while a damper for adsorption of an element tank B which is at a last stage of adsorption operates from full open to complete close. In this manner, changeover between adsorption and desorption is conducted between three element tanks to prevent fluctuation in wind velocity.
