Claims (1)
主軸軸線に沿つて該主軸内に挿設され、当接する
ピストンの押圧力により、バネ力に抗してツール
クランプ用の爪を開閉動作するドローバの後端部
に設けられる倍力機構であつて、前記ドローバの
外周に摺動可能に挿着され、その外周側に後方に
向つて縮小する楔面を形成すると共に前記ピスト
ンと当接係合すべくピストン側に向つて突出形成
される突部を有し、その前端面を前記にバネに接
触せしめて配設される楔状摺動部材と、前記ドロ
ーバに螺合すると共に、前記楔状摺動部材の外周
側に緩挿され、主軸内周に摺動可能に支持され、
前記楔状摺動部材の楔面に当接する球状体を保持
するスピースナツトと、該スピースナツトを保持
する前記主軸内周に設けられ、前記球状体が前記
楔面に当接する際に該球状体外周に圧接すべく形
成され、後向に拡張する傾斜面とを有することを
特徴とする倍力機構を有するツールクランプ装置
