内筒に一端を固定した押圧発条により押圧付勢し

も大きな角度の倍力テーパー面を、押圧テーパー
面と延長方向が交差する方向に形成し、この倍力
テーパー面に押圧体の弧状面を接触押圧するとと
もに内筒の先端方向内周に、先端方向を径大とす
る締着テーパー面を形成し、この締着テーパー面
をモーターケースの外周テーパー面に、摺動可能
に押圧接触する事を特徴とするハンドピースの着
