CONSTITUTION:The input data supplied from a paper size input key 17 is checked, and a prescribed tray angle corresponding to paper size is read into a CPU 16, and the actual tray angle is detected by an optical sensor 13 and an arm 12. The actual tray angle is allowed to accord with a prescribed tray angle by normally and reversely revolving a motor 5. Then, the paper quantity data is inputted into the CPU 16 by the optical sensor 13 and the arm 12, and the distance is calculated by the CPU 16. The proper distance between a lower discharge roller 11b and a paper 10 is read. Then, a motor 5 is normally and reversely revolved so that the proper distance is obtained. When the papers 10 are gradually stacked, the motor 5 is driven.
