て結合し、残りの部分は結合領域Gの両側に延び
ており、結合領域Gではシングルモード光フアイ
バはコア、クラツド構造を保持しつつ延伸され細
径化してお互いに近接して配置され、周囲をソー
ダガラス、鉛ガラス又はパイレツクスガラスで覆
