Abstract
In a timepiece having an electro- mechanical analogue display (hour and minute hands driven by a step motor) and also an electronic digital display for giving other information, a signal generator (LED 6) and a detector (photocell 7) are so arranged in relation to an element (wheel 5) coupled to the analogue display as to produce periodic signals for synchronizing the digital to the analogue display. As described the wheel 5 is turned by hour wheel 3 and its aperture 8 causes a signal to be generated at midnight. The signal is used to ensure that a digital date display is synchronized with the hands, especially after replacing the timepiece battery. Use in an alarm timepiece is also envisaged. <IMAGE>

Claims (1)

所定の条件の下に前記発光ダイオードを周期的に
励起するようにされた回路装置とを備えたことを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第2項記載の

1の円板の第1の側の半径方向に近接して配置さ
れた発光ダイオードを備え、前記信号検出器は、
