ひずみゲージと、上記ひずみゲージの出力信号の
極値を検知して同極値における応力拡大係数を演
算しそれを時系列的に記憶する装置と、上記時系
列的に得られる応力拡大係数のひん度分布を演算
し記憶する装置とを具えたことを特徴とする応力
