    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 液化ガスの供給経路に介装された流量計と、こ
    の流量計の前・後流側のいずれか一方に設けられ
    た一端が解放された分岐経路と、この分岐経路に
    介装された開閉制御弁と、前記液化ガスの供給経
    路の温度を検出する温度センサーと、この温度セ
    ンサーで検出した温度が前記液化ガスの臨界温度
    以上のときに前記開閉制御弁を開弁する制御装置
    とからなることを特徴とする液化ガス用流量測定
    装置。
