Abstract

PURPOSE:To raise radiating areal efficiency as well as to aim at improvement in arrangement efficiency by installing plural heating parts formed solidly with an unheated part of a ceramic heating element at specified intervals. CONSTITUTION:This ceramic heating element has a heating part, where conductive ceramics 1 and insulative ceramics 2 are laminated, and an unheated part 5, where this heating part 4 and conductive ceramic 2 are continued, and electrode terminals 3a, 3b are set up in this unheated part 5. And, the heating part 4 is plurally installed at specified intervals, and these heating parts 4 are solidly formed with the unheated part 5. With this constitution, when a current is made to run through, these plural heating parts 4 formed solidly with the unheated part 5 at the specified interval are heated so that radiating areal efficiency can be raised.
