などのスイツチ類をチエンジレバーにとりつける
のに、取付けを容易に、かつ緩まないように強固

車載用無線通信機においては、第1図に示すよ
うに、電源スイツチあるいは送受切換スイツチ類

本体4のパネル面に通常とりつけてあるが、高速
走行時に操作するときは、姿勢をくずして前かが
みになつて手をのばして行なうので不便である
し、又、第一危険である。そこでスイツチ類の導
線1を延長して、スイツチ部2のみをとり出し
て、操作しやすいチエンジレバー3にとりつける
のに、従来はスイツチを内蔵した円筒箱体と緩衝
材で製作した取付部を接着剤で接着して一体とな
し、さらに、取付部に設けた引かけ部にチエンジ
レバー3の外側にまきつけたゴムバンドを引きか
けて、その弾力で固定する構造が多く用いられて
いた。したがつて、製作上箱体と取付部が各別で
あつたため面倒な接着工程を必要とするので、部

してあり、その凹欠部10にゴムなどの緩衝材1
1が嵌入してあるので、スイツチ5はゴムなどの
緩衝材11を介してチエンジレバー3にゴムバン
ド8で強固にとり付けられる。また、製作上も円
筒状箱体6と取付部7が一体成形できるので材料
費も低下するとともに、接着する工数も不要とな
りコスト上有利となる。さらに緩衝材11は体積
が小さくて済むので経済的であり、凹欠部10を
テーパー状にすることにより、接着剤などが不要
で強固に保持し得る利点があるのみでなく、硬度
の異なる緩衝材11を選んで挿入できる等多くの
