部を上記ハブ孔に嵌合する曲面体となし、該曲面本体部
の上部に螺子穴を有する固着部を形成すると共に、下部
に外側方向に折曲する弾性爪を形成し、取付金具を上記
固着部を介してキャップの縁部に固着し、取付金具の上
記曲面本体部をリムに嵌合することにより、上記弾性爪
でキャップをリムに取付けるように構成したことを特徴
