Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the thickness the layer of a metallic foil thin, by a method wherein the layer of metallic foil is electro-plated on a moving batten to be plated, from which the plating can be separated easily, a hoop type iron substrate is laminated thereon through an adhesive resin layer, then, the metallic foil is separated from the batten to be plated and a hoop type laminated body is taken up. CONSTITUTION:When a batten 1 to be plated is moved from left to right, an adhesive organic resin film 9 is supplied on a metallic foil through a degreasing process 4, a pickling process 5 and an electroplating process 6, thereafter, the foil and the film 9 are passed through a pressing and heating roll 10. Subsequently, a hoop type iron substrate 11 is supplied to pass through a pressing roll 12. Then, the metallic foil is separated from the batten 1 to be plated and the foil is taken up in a reeling line 13, thus, a product 14 is obtained. The iron substrate is bonded and laminated through the organic resin 9, therefore, the metallic foil can stand against the separation and reeling even when the thickness thereof is thin whereby a laminated iron sheet, having extremely thin metallic foil, may be obtained easily and inexpensively. When chromating processes 13, 6' are provided successively to the electroplating process 6, the adhesive property between the layer of metallic foil and the organic resin layer 9 may be improved.
