Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the life of a solenoid valve and lower noise by varying the frequency of a PWM signal for drivingly controlling a pressure control valve and the solenoid valve in accordance with oil temperature. CONSTITUTION:A control device 8 receives the engagement/disengagement command input of a clutch 5, a control pressure Pc from a pressure sensor 7, a clutch input torque TL from a torque sensor 9, an input rotating speed NI and an output rotating speed No from rotating speed sensors 10, 11 and the output of an oil temperature sensor into its input processing part 8a and controls a line pressure PL and the control pressure Pc. Therefore, PWM is carried out by a control part 8b and a PWM signal is fed from a PWM output part 8c to a flow control valve 4 via a pressure control part 3 and a solenoid valve, to control the line pressure PL and control pressure Pc.
