Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform excellent control with excellent response, by a method wherein command speed data is corrected by means of a difference between the detected actual speed of a drive means and command speed data. CONSTITUTION:Through the action of an X-axis table 1, an Y-axis table 2, and a rotary table 3, the form of a work is controlled. Drive mechanisms 4, 5, and 6 have servo motors 7, 8, and 9, respectively, an NC control device 10 formed with a microcomputer, is connected to a simultaneous 3-axis control mechanisms, and a cutting work for the inner peripheral surface of the work is effected under control by the control device 10. Since command speed data is corrected by means of a difference between the detected actual speeds of the servo motors 7, 8, and 9 and command speed data, the response of the servo motors 7, 8, and 9 is improved, movement of the X-axis, Y-axis, and rotary tables 1, 2, and 3 and a machining tool is smoothed, and desirable cutting control can take place.
