Abstract

PURPOSE: To manufacture a light cellular concrete panel having hollow sections easily and efficiently, by a method wherein one or both of the opposing surfaces of a plurality of semi- plastic cellular concrete bodies, cut so as to have the shape of flat plate, are grooved and bonded, thereafter, are cured by high-temperature high-pressure steam.
CONSTITUTION: Grooves 2, having semi-circular sections, and a groove 3, having oblong section, are grooved at desired positions on the upper surface of a semi-plastic body 1, cut so as to have the shape of a flat plate. The grooves 5, having semi-circular sections, and the groove 6, having oblong section, are grooved on the lower surface of the semi-plastic body 4. The semi-plastic bodies 1, 4 are superposed so that their grooved surfaces come into contact with each other and a pressure is applied on the whole external surfaces of the semi-plastic bodies to integrate them, or inorganic adhesive agent such as paste, cement mortar, sodium silicate, silica sol or the like which are provided with the same quality substantially as the plastic body, is bonded on the bonding surfaces and are superposed to integrate them under a slight pressure or without applying a pressure at all. The semi-plastic bodies are cured by high-temperature high-pressure steam in accordance with a normal method after integrating them, then, the bonding surfaces are bonded rigidly and a desired light cellular concrete panel, having hollow sections, can be obtained.
