Abstract

PURPOSE: To suppress fluctuation of thrust, by winding a conductor in ring shape between a stator core and a permanent field magnet and over the rear face of a stator core thus constituting a coil and making the relation between flux density distribution and the conductor uniform.
CONSTITUTION: Teeth 10a, slots 10b, yoke 10e and rear face side winding spaces 10c are provided to a stator core 10. A conductor 20 is wound in ring shape around the yoke 10e in the slots 10b and the rear face side winding spaces 10c. Conductors 20 in adjacent slots are connected electrically in series to form coil groups C1∼C6. A moving chip is constructed with permanent magnets 40a, 40b and yoke 50. When the coil is constructed by winding the conductor in ring shape, conductors fed with power exist in all flux distribution sections and a large thrust can be produced.
