効率がゼロである第２のウオームギヤを介して連
結された第２電気モータと、前記遊星歯車機構の
残りの要素に連結された出力軸を備えて、前記第
１又は第２電気モータへの通電により前記出力軸
にて前記舵角比を設定する被回転体を回転駆動す
るようにした駆動手段を採用したことを特徴とす
