Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable a clock to make a quick start by connecting a second power source with the existing power circuit.
CONSTITUTION: An electric current does not flow from a capacitor C and a second solar battery SB2 to a secondary battery B as it is blocked by a diode D so that said capacitor C is rapidly charged by the second solar. battery SB2. Therefore, a clock can be caused to make a quick start by the rapidly charged capacitor C, even after said clock has been stored in a dark place for a long period of time.
