Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a shoulder pad not showing a cut part thereof to outside thereof and having a high strength by cutting out fibrous cloth made of a single or plural fibers, overlapping the cut clothes in the order of large, medium and small sizes, making the overlapped clothes in one unit so as to become thick at a central part and thin at a peripheral part, and cutting the central part thereof to form a left and right pair. CONSTITUTION: This shoulder pad A of a left and right pair, is obtained by cutting a fibrous cloth obtained by blending one or two or more of a wool, a flax, a cotton or other synthetic fibers to consecutively different sizes of large, medium, and small, setting the largest one as a fiber layer 1 of a top layer, the second largest one as a fiber layer 3 of a bottom layer, and the third largest one and smaller ones as a fiber layer 3 of an intermediate layer, and boring a lengthy hole 4 in the central part of the fiber layer 2 of the intermediate layer, overlapping the fiber layer 2 as the intermediate layer consecutively by fitting the lengthy hole 4 to the fiber layer 1 as a top layer and also the fiber layer 3 as the bottom layer, adhering the fiber layer 1 as the top layer with the fiber layer 3 as the bottom layer through the lengthy hole 4 for covering the fiber layer 2 as the intermediate layer, finally cutting the central part of the fiber layer 1 as the top layer and the fiber layer 3 as the bottom layer along the lengthy hole 4 of the intermediate layer.
