Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a processed-meat packaging film enabling heat sterilization and possessing favorable adhesion between the film and processed-meat, by a method wherein the innermost layer of a multi-layer shrink film is comprised of an ethylene- acrylic acid copolymer resin layer. CONSTITUTION:The title film is of a multi-layer shrink film whose innermost layer is in a laminated structure comprised of an ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer resin layer. The ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer resin layer is manufactured through high- pressure polymerization reaction and a matter where melt index is 1.5g/10 minutes - 20.0g/10 minutes and content of acrylic acid is 3-10wt.% is preferable. When the melt index becomes 1.5g/10 minutes or less, adhesion to a processed meat is deteriorated and when the same becomes 20.0g/10 minutes or more, productivity is lowered. When the content of acrylic acid becomes 3wt.% or less, the adhesion to the processed- meat is deteriorated and when the same becomes 10wt.% or more, film manufacturing properties and blocking resistance are deteriorated. When a multi-layer film is of a three-layer structure, a resin layer whose tenacity, heat resistance, water resistance and gas barrier properties are favorable is preferable as the outermost layer to and a substance which can stick the outermost layer and innermost layer to each other is preferable as an intermediate layer.
